Critiqueing the Critiquelator

A commentator on one of the Talk Radio channels is known as the Critiquelator because he both translates and critiques the expostulations of Barack Obama, being certifiably black enough to criticize Obama's actions without being considered a racist by the mainstream media. Lately, the Critiquelator has gone off on a limb with regard to certain constitutional questions.

The first question concerns natural born citizenship. He argues that Obama is not a natural born citizen and therefore ineligible to serve as President because his father was a British subject and citizen of Kenya at the time of Obama's birth in 1961, and that there is evidence that Obama was actually born in Kenya, not in Hawaii, all of this being called into question by the absence of a valid birth certificate. This argument is wrong because natural born citizenship is presumed for a person born out of wedlock to an American mother and there is conclusive evidence that the alleged father Obama Sr. was married to a Kenyan woman at the time and therefore could not legally have been married to Obama's mother, and the burden of proof is on those challenging Obama's eligibility which they have not met because there is no conclusive evidence that Obama was born outside of Hawaii.

The second question concerns marriage. He defends Obama's decision not to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), arguing here that same sex couples have an inherent right to marry pursuant to equal protection in the Fourteenth Amendment. However, equal protection is only valid when comparing two things which are essentially equal. For example, because one person has the right to fly airplanes does not, pursuant to equal protection, give another person the right to shoplift or to throw puppies out the window. These are inherently different things for which there can be no equal protection under the law. The same holds true for a comparison between traditional marriage and any unions other than those between one man and one woman, regardless of whether or not individual states legalize same sex unions whatever they may call them.

Colonial America was essentially ruled by a squirearchy out of which came our Declaration of Independence and Constitution. These documents can only be properly understood in this context.

Why Obama's Paternity Matters

The importance of uncovering the facts concerning Obama's paternity is not so much to pinpoint the location of his birth. His status as a natural born citizen derives from the citizenship of his mother Stanley Dunham. Even if Barack Obama Sr. born in Kenya and a British subject was his actual father, his prior marriage in Kenya which was still valid at the time of the alleged marriage to Miss Dunham in 1961 would only mean that Obama Sr. was a bigamist making Obama a b@st@rd. Moreover, there is scant evidence that a marriage even took place, and Michelle Obama has stated publicly that Obama's mother was "very young and very single" at the time of his birth. If this was a slip of the tongue, it was likely that she unintentionally misspoke by revealing a family secret that was supposed to have remained hushed up.

The real likelihood of Obama's paternity, uncovered by meticulous investigation, is that his biological father was none other than Frank Marshall Davis, a low life Communist, pornographer, pedophile and suspected child molester who lived in the states of Washington and Hawaii concurrently with the family of Stanley Dunham. This relationship is further corroborated by a poem entitled "Pops", apparently written by Davis and plagiarized by Obama for a writing assignment while he was a student at Occidental College in Los Angeles. The poem may on one level pertain to a homosexual relationship between an older male and a younger male. Davis may have been expressing what happened when he was a child in relationship with his own biological father, or what he himself did to a younger man, possibly his own biological son. This explanation fits with scientific studies of how homosexual pedophilia may be passed down from generation to generation.

In order to properly grasp the Constitutional meaning of natural born citizenry, it is necessary to momentarily put oneself in the Founding Fathers' frame of mind. In the late 18th century, the concern was of a person who owed allegiance to a foreign power possibly being elected to the highest office in the land and then subordinate the nation's interests to those of the foreign power. In those days, it was recognized that the type of allegiance in question derives from the citizenship of the father, not necessarily the biological forbear. In the case of a child being born in one of the several states out of wedlock to an American mother, the presumption is in favor of natural born citizenship because even if the male forebear was subject of a foreign power, there would be no allegiance to this power by the child being illegitimate. Those arguing against natural born citizenship in this circumstance might try to insert an equal protection argument, that children should all be treated the same regardless of the circumstances of their birth, but this argument lacks validity.

Whether or not Obama Sr. actually married Stanley Dunham in Hawaii, the facts indicate that there was at least a common law marriage and that Obama Sr. accepted responsibility as Obama's father. This is further corroborated by the fact that Miss Dunham filed for divorce in Hawaii in January, 1964 long after Obama Sr. had abandoned the family to attend Harvard University. But in any event, there could never have been a valid marriage given the fact of the previous marriage in Kenya being still in effect. So even if Obama Sr. was the biological forbear of Obama, Obama would still be a natural born citizen by virtue of his mother's citizenship status.

The real question is whether Obama is electable knowing the possibility of his being conceived out of wedlock to a seventeen year old white mother impregnated by a black man nineteen years her senior in Seattle if the American people had all of the facts about his character and activities?

Egypt Needs "Cooling Off" Period

Egypt's pharaonic dictator Hosni Mubarak acted wisely retaining political power pending the September elections while putting his VP Suleiman in charge of the day to day decision making. Egypt needs stability at this critical juncture, not abrupt change. Omar Suleiman represents the last vestiges of the Ottoman Empire. Although he has been accused of torture, he now can redeem himself by helping Egypt to make a smooth peaceful transition toward free elections and democratic rule.

Fair and Balanced? You Decide

MSNBC liberal pundit David Korn wrote yesterday at Politics Daily that Fox entertainer Glenn Beck may have gotten himself in deep water by pointing out similarities between Far Left goals and those of radical Muslim fundamentalists. This is obvious to all except those Leftists and Neo-conservatives who like the Islamists are ideologically driven.

Korn says that Beck must now walk a thin line after pointing out the hypocrisy of the "top-dog necon" Bill Kristol who happens to be a paid contributor on Fox. Korn implies that Beck cannot continue his discussion of Leftist involvement in the radical Islamic agenda without also bringing in other ideologues including Kristol. What Korn fails to point out is that it works both ways. Kristol was first to point the finger at Beck, not the other way around. According to Korn's own logic, Kristol, not Beck, should be the one to start packing his bags at Fox.

9/11 Update (Part VI)

Having ascertained that there was at a minimum substantial involvement by elements within the US and Israeli governments, and the television news media, in the planning and carrying out of the attacks on September 11, 2001, it is now time to begin the process of bringing the real culprits to justice, and to show why the neoconservatives and their terrorist allies will lose the ongoing world war which they started on 9/11.

Neo-conservatism as a political ideology arose with the collapse of the Soviet Empire among Leftist intellectuals who realized that the only chance of achieving their goal of a communist one-world government was through subterfuge within America. Recent events in Egypt make clear that the Israeli state is slowly being reined in, and will not become the hub of the secular materialist New World Order as the traitorous neocons envision, but rather Jerusalem will take its rightful place as an international city and spiritual center for Gentile and Jew alike. The Palestinian nation must have its own territory and government, and Israel must be guaranteed its right to exist within the family of nations.

The perpetrators of the attacks must be captured and imprisoned as war criminals pending the outcome of the world war. President Obama and Attorney General Holder have made it clear that they are not interested in prosecuting US war criminals and instead advocate that our nation move on. This cannot happen in America. The US armed forces must begin their own investigations and war tribunals to get to the bottom of 9/11. After the war in the years to come, America must lead the way in bringing to justice those war criminals whether Gentile or Jew responsible for the death and destruction of 9/11 and the concomitant plundering of the US economy, as at Nuremberg after the last world war. Only then can the world rest guaranteed a lasting peace.

9/11 Update (Part V)

What America learned on 9/11 is that a neoconservative is an Arab terrorist with deodorant. The entire event was a staged performance designed to bilk and defraud the most productive generation of Americans and in world history, derisively nicknamed "baby boomers", out of their hard earned savings. They almost got away with it.

Part of the scam was to portray intellectual communists as the legitimate heirs of the Reagan revolution. In actual fact, these neoconservatives had betrayed liberalism and were only bent on destroying America out of jealousy. These communists were from the beginning wolves in sheep clothing.

Saddam Hussein was backed by Russian communists in carrying out and instigating terrorist attacks against Western civilization. When the Soviet empire collapsed, communists and communist sympathizers within the US government and the mass media, the "red diaper babies", knew that they had only one chance left to seize power, by creating an economic crisis in America. They knew that they would have to fool the American people into making it seem that they were pro-Israel and by virtue of that fact opposed to Islamic terrorism, when in fact their hidden agenda was exactly in line with the stated objectives of Osama bin Laden and other Islamicist terrorists, namely the destruction of America through collapse of the economic order, secularization and world domination. The most powerful supporter of neo-conservatism in 2001 was the left leaning Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.

As a direct result of 9/11, the "baby boom" generation of Americans lost any additional prosperity accruing from a balanced budget through the peace dividend after the first Iraq war and America becoming the sole remaining superpower after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Even though they said that doing Afghanistan and Iraq would be a cakewalk, these neo-cons secretly hoped that the wars would drag on indefinitely and drain America of wealth and resources, forcing America to become debt dependent on China, and opening the door to bank fraud and theft on an unprecedentedly grand scale through bailouts, stimulus programs, and even more debt creation.

9/11 Update (Part IV)

The first question in this investigation is Cui bono, to whose benefit did the attacks on 9/11 accrue?

In 2001, the Prime Minister of Israel was Ariel Sharon. He as much as admitted that the attacks on 9/11 were a benefit to Israel materially when he said shortly afterward that Israel owns America and that they (the Americans) know it. In 2008, a subsequent Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told university students that the attack of September 11, 2001 had been beneficial to Israel. Sharon who is now unconscious in a coma, suffered a similar fate as an earlier Israeli traitor King Herod.

The second question is who had the means to carry out the attack?

At the time of the attacks in 2001, Israel had a network of spies in the United States including many dual citizens with access to sensitive information in government, the defense industry and the mass media. Dual citizen and Israeli shill Michael Chertoff, who at that time was a federal judge, released without explanation numerous Israeli spies and suspects  who were arrested on suspicion of being involved in the attack or cover-up on 9/11, including the five dancing Israelis whom witnesses said were celebrating the destruction of the buildings in New York, and others who were driving moving vans with explosive material present.

Israel had operatives active within US borders at the time, and had the financial means and backing of the US government. The Twin Towers were at the time owned by the dual citizen Larry Silverstein who had strong ties to the Israeli government then in power, which would have given Israeli intelligence operatives easy access in order to plant explosives in the buildings. Silverstein reaped billions of dollars from the destruction of the towers awarded by Judge Mukasey, another dual citizen.

The third question is who had the opportunity to carry out the attacks on 9/11?

We know that there were lots of suspicious circumstances surrounding access to the buildings in the days and weeks before the attacks in New York. However, there was very little debris left after the buildings collapsed which points to some other type of destructive force in addition to simply controlled demolition using high intensity explosives from within. From what we know now, only high ranking US military officers would have been able to pull off this attack using directed energy weapons or similar sophisticated instruments of warfare. The strikes against the towers and the Pentagon wall were apparently from missiles which again would point to our military leaders as having the opportunity to carry out a missile attack within an American city.

The fourth question is what was the motive for the attack?

The neo-conservatives within the Bush Administration, many again having dual citizenship, provided the basic cover arguments for the United States going to war against Afghanistan and Iraq. One of their position papers proposed that another event similar to Pearl Harbor was vital to getting America committed to a war footing. One of these neo-conservatives and also a dual citizen is Richard Perle who was an ex-CIA operative with strong ties to the Israeli armaments industry.

What we see is a pattern of disloyal Israeli-American dual citizens who view the world through a war prism and believe with fanatical zeal that they are justified in destroying the great American power to advance their own personal self interest, and the agenda of the corrupt Israeli state, acting in concert with psuedo-patriot quasi-elitist US military brass to attempt to pull off a gigantic hoax to coax the American people into supporting the Israeli state by making it look like Arab terrorists attacked our country in 2001 using television media manipulation, and at the same time defrauding America out of billions of dollars which again generally wind up in the coffers of traitors particularly those with dual Israeli and American citizenship, manipulating our judicial system as an instrumentality through others with dual citizenship such as Judges Mukasey and Chertoff. Their primary motive was avarice. We are now at war with Israel.

9/11 Update (Part III)

In our last episode, we examined the basis for initiating criminal prosecution against those responsible for tragedies that occurred in 2001 in America, not perpetrated by Muslim terrorists. We concluded with an observation that prosecutors should heed, that the first suspects arrested and brought to trial will be the relatively small fish in the television news media who cooperated with evil, criminal acts by deliberately manipulating audio tapes, film footage and witness accounts to create the impression that the events of 9/11 were solely the work of Arab terrorist hijackers for the purpose of fooling the American people. The evidence of this criminal wrongdoing is widely disseminated on the internet so there is obviously a prima facie case against the TV executives who participated in the cover-up. From there, we can expect some of the accused to turn state's evidence inasmuch as they have already shown themselves to be cowards from the get go. We can also expect that others with knowledge of how the attacks took place will come forward with testimony and other forms of evidence.

Certain explanations put forward make no sense whatsoever. To begin with, the attacks could not have been carried out by Arab hijackers with box cutters because no commercial aircraft was involved in the explosions at the Pentagon and World Trade Center, or the hole in the ground in Pennsylvania on 9/11. We know this because in trying to cover up what really happened, TV video was released purporting to show airplanes at or near the WTC, which are demonstrably fake, other video exists which show no commercial airplanes at the WTC when the first explosions occurred, and there was no credible evidence of debris from airplanes in either the vicinity of the WTC, Pentagon or Shanksville, Pennsylvania after the alleged explosive occurrences.

The scientific evidence simply does not support the government's claim that airplane crashes brought down the Twin Towers or caused Building 7 to collapse at the WTC, or brought about the hole in the Pentagon wall or the hole in the ground in Pennsylvania. Any high school physics student knows that it would have been impossible for the towers to have collapsed in a pancake fashion in a duration only slightly greater than that for an object at free fall traveling the same distance in a vacuum pulled downward by the earth's gravitational force.

In our next update, we will attempt to assist law enforcement, who appear to be overly timid and cowardly, by pointing out some basic initial questions that should be asked in any criminal investigation of arson and murder, these being:

1) Cui bono?

2) Who had the means to carry out the attacks?

3) Who had the opportunity to carry out the attacks?

4) What was the motive for carrying out the attacks?

9/11 Update (Part II)

The wealthy faux elite who staged the 9/11 tragedy have wittingly or unwittingly cut themselves off completely from civilized society by their barbaric acts of war against the citizens of the United States.

Criminal indictments must issue sometime this year beginning with the high level television news media apparatchiks complicit in the cover-up who committed treason through spreading outright lies and broadcasting prima facie doctored audio, visual and photographic material to fool the public into believing that Arab terrorists acted alone in carrying out the attacks. Once these indictments have begun, we can expect that bigger fish will come forward to provide incriminating information.

Each American is bound to choose a side for good or evil. Those who perpetrated the crimes know exactly who they are. They are evil, greedy, lascivious traitors and enemies who hate America and everything America represents. They will do everything to hold on to power and will not surrender without a fight. They will attempt to keep the facade going as long as possible and to manipulate the judicial system in order to avoid being brought to justice. At this point ten years after the event, patriots must act courageously to defeat this enemy within our own borders, and not be misled into allowing the enemy to bring chaos to our cities with advanced weaponry.

Our next update will deal with the subject of what actually caused the death and destruction ten years ago, and why certain explanations make absolutely no sense.

Getting to the Bottom of 9/11

The MSM and official government conspiracy theorists continue to assert that the Pentagon was hit and WTC buildings brought down in 2001 solely by eleven or twelve ignorant Arabs, often characterized as camel jockeys, with minimal US sponsored flight instruction, trained and financed by a shadowy terrorist organization based in Afghanistan.

Questions have arisen as to whether any commercial aircraft were used in the attack. If not, high level television media bosses were active participants in helping to cover up the worst mass murder in US history by knowingly and deliberately broadcasting fake real time film footage including doctored frames to make it look like large commercial jets struck the buildings, when in actual fact they were hit by smaller objects, probably missiles like the one photographed in the sky over Los Angeles last November, followed by high intensity explosives from within the buildings. This would mean that these high level media executives share in criminal culpability for the killing and other violent acts of war which are punishable as crimes against humanity as outlined in the Geneva Conventions and at Nuremberg after WWII.

In the coming weeks, I will endeavor to sort out myth, fantasy, fiction, spin and disinformation from fact to arrive at a realistic account of the making of an American tragedy, and what patriotic Americans should do in response.

The Proper Role of World Government

In the order of subsidiarity, world government exists to do things that local, state and national governments cannot do themselves. It is therefore based upon cooperation among nations rather than a tyrannical diminution on sovereignty imposed from above.

World government is needed to prevent nations from going to war without sufficient cause, and to bring to justice those who engage in war unjustly as aggressors, and who partake in actions which are crimes against humanity such as the deliberate killing of innocent human beings, torture and genocide.

World government can also play an advisory role in finding global solutions to problems which individual states are incapable of solving themselves, such as protecting trees and forests, safeguarding the environment, and reducing pollution levels to deal with climate change.

Reflections on a New Era

Benedict XVI recently commented that those who believe that the Fatima revelation is a done deal are mistaken. Although the overall conditions have been fulfilled, there is still an ongoing process dealing with the effects of Russia's past errors in the form of communism.

President Obama is essentially what would have been called a fellow traveler in the McCarthy era. This is a person who, though not a communist himself, actively aids and promotes communist regimes, their goals and ideals. Another term used for such a person is useful idiot. Both of these characterizations obviously apply to Obama from his praise for communist and socialist dictators, and his welcoming of the Chinese premier which included a lavish state dinner.

An era of peace as promised at Fatima is already being worked out, which will inevitably include the world's newest superpower China. What form this new era will take depends upon us. America as leader of the free world cannot take second place to a doctrinaire, materialistic dictatorship.

When Are Executive Orders in Order?

The upgrading of Gabby Giffords' condition from critical to serious is a sign of hope. If she remains severely disabled, as others who have had similar injuries are, it will only reignite the debate over when government leaders have a duty to act in protecting the lives of citizens who are being forced into euthanasia.

In some ways, it is poetic justice that Gabby was shot by a deranged killer, because she supported and voted for Obamacare which is already proving to be a death sentence for many other sick, elderly and disabled Americans by Obama's extrajudicial death panels pursuant to Obamacare regulations. It's not that Gabby was unaware of this contradiction, because hundreds of vigilant Tea Party proponents brought this to her attention during her reelection campaign.

In looking back five years ago at the case of Terri Schiavo who was forced to undergoing a slow and painful death by starvation and dehydration because of government abuse of power and failure to act, does there remain any glimmer of hope?

Over the fifteen years after the incident that caused her to become disabled, Terri was given inadequate medical attention and deprived of rehabilitation because her husband Michael Schiavo wanted her to die and so petitioned the court to have her cut off from food and water, and himself prevented her from receiving any rehabilitative therapy.

The state of Florida with Jeb Bush as governor did succeed in getting her feeding tube reinstated pending the outcome of the appeals process. The Florida Supreme Court then affirmed her death sentence by the trial court judge using as their rationale the separation of powers between legislative, executive and judicial branches of government.

At that point, President George W. Bush acting as Commander in Chief could have issued an executive order directing federal marshals to go into Florida and bring Terri to a hospital or nursing home in another state where she could have received proper medical treatment and care. There exists lots of precedents for executive action to secure the civil rights of Americans, and if ever a person was denied civil rights in America, Terri was. If Florida then chose to appeal, this would have allowed the US Supreme Court to rule on the issue of life and death giving them an additional chance to overturn Roe vs. Wade.

President Bush however was weak and vacillating, choosing to allow the case to proceed through federal court while he focused his attention on alleged civil rights violations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Needless to say, pro-life appeals to the US Supreme Court went unheeded.

Hopefully some good will come out of the Tucson tragedy by reminding Americans that people with severe disabilities including Gabby Giffords, even though she supported Obamacare, have basic fundamental rights to life, dignity, food, water, and basic health care regardless of what the extent of their disabilities may be. Let's use this unfortunate event in Tucson to prevent another serious tragedy like the murder of Terri Schiavo in 2005.

Intelligence and Evolution (Part VI)

Having considered the sequence of inherited intelligence traits in the development of Western civilization, we will now turn our attention to how this relates to the orderly functioning of a democratic society. My own research has allowed me to identify with a particular Irish clan, that of O'Hanrahan, of which my Irish ancestors of the name Haran of county Clare were descended. But because this surname was changed in America, it took me many years to finally make this identification. This now allows me to see the progression of paternally inherited traits from one generation to the next going back to a 7th century chieftain Turlogh, one of whose son's was St. Flannan of Killaloe, and beyond. Illustrated at right is the family blazon with ancient symbols dating before the Norman arrival in Ireland and used throughout the Middle ages as a sign of nobility. For someone who already has a known ancestral idea based upon surname or family tradition, regardless of from what place of origin, that information would be helpful in forming early role models for children, and in guiding one's life journey including career choices. This type of ancestral unity also helps to strengthen the hierarchical structure as a bulwark against enemies both foreign and domestic including terrorists.

In prior episodes, we have examined the relationship between relative brain mass vis-à-vis the two genders, and how this relates to the various roles in social development, men being more intelligent assuming dominant, action-oriented roles, and women being less intelligent assuming submissive, domestic roles.

Evidence exists however that prior to the rise of kurgan culture in Europe there existed a basically gynocentric, matristic culture which was generally peaceful and exalted homosexuality and economic equality of the sexes. As the technologically advanced patriarchal tribes developed, the Stone Age goddess oriented culture was soon overshadowed by local warrior chieftains wielding weapons of bronze and iron insuring that women properly took their rightful place as homemakers. This patriarchal innovation forms the basis of Western civilization.
