Will his Own Party Throw Obama under the Bus?

Obama's poll numbers continue their downward slide in the wake of Birthergate and the sagging economy. Will the Democratic leadership pressure Obama to not seek a second term in 2012?

First of all, Democrats need to get at lease 80-90% of the African American vote in order to win a presidential election. Forcing Obama not to run would be objectively viewed as a slap in the face to African Americans, even if they were to nominate another African American candidate.

Secondly, they would have to then nominate Hillary hoping that she would draw enough women voters to counterbalance the defection of Black voters. It will not work.

Gender and Intelligence

Scientific studies indicate that on average human males are more intelligent than human females, and that the divergence is even greater at the higher levels of intelligence. Given this fact, does it make sense for Republican voters to choose a woman presidential candidate?

Almost all of the British monarchs, with the exception of Elizabeth I, Mary I, Victoria and Elizabeth II, have been men. Does America really need stupid, dumb leaders running this country?

The Benefits of Monarchy

Back in the 1950's, there was a television game show called "Queen for a Day".  In America, the president is essentially King for a four term with an additional four year renewal option.  Although George Washington declined to be inaugurated as King, he had all of the powers traditionally inherent in monarchical rule.  This is because America was conceived and born out of the British monarchy.

Predominantly Muslim nations need powerful strongmen such as Mubarek, Khadafi, and the Shah of Iran to keep order because the people of these nations are lacking in the truth which makes men free.  Imposing democracy on these nations actually weakens and impoverishes them.  This is not to the advantage of the Christian West because weak, poor nations are prone to resort to terrorism and other forms of violence in a futile attempt to solved their problems.

States Must Keep Ineligibles off Ballot

The one Constitutionally ineligible person to occupy the offices of president was Chester Allen Arthur between 1881 and 1885 due to the assassination of President Garfield who was elected by a plurality of the smallest of margins. Before that, Arthur had ineligibly occupied the office of VP under Garfield for six months in 1881. This is because Amendment XII ratified in 1804 includes the words: "But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States". Arthur was ineligible because his Irish born father did not become a naturalized US citizen until after Arthur was born.

A timely objection was made to Arthur's candidacy by attorney Arthur Hinman during the campaign of 1880, but no action was taken to keep Arthur's name off the ballot. Had timely action been taken, Garfield's assassination could have been avoided, because the assassin's motive was to make Arthur, a Republican Stalwart, president.

Even with well defined separation of powers among the three branches of the federal government, the US Supreme Court has ultimate authority to interpret the Constitution as was decided by Chief Justice Marshall in the landmark case Marbury vs Madison. Federal courts however have shown reluctance to intervene in deciding issues of eligibility to serve as President of the United States.

Since the question was first raised regarding Obama's eligibility in 2008, several states have begun the process of requiring certain documentation to prove Article II eligibility, including natural born citizenship, prior to certification of eligibility which allows a candidate's name to appear on the ballot. This state action together with meticulous investigative journalism has apparently prompted Obama's handlers and/or puppet masters to cause the release of a purported Hawaii long firm birth certificate for Obama, which like the earlier released certificate of live birth, appears to be a forgery.

Given the reluctance of the courts to act, the only recourse of the American people is to continue the vetting process by not voting for ineligible candidates regardless of party affiliation. All of the subsequent Constitutionally ineligible candidates were defeated in the general elections, including Charles Evan Hughes, Barry Goldwater, and John McCain. It remains to be seen whether or not Obama is eligible, but the evidence now strongly points to his having been born in Hawaii to an American born mother and unknown father, or at best an African father in a sham marriage or bigamous relationship with Obama's mother, neither of which conditions would not render Obama ineligible pursuant to Article II.

However, with the evidence of forgery mounting, there is a strong possibility that high crimes and misdemeanors have been committed making Obama subject to impeachment. Absent impeachment proceedings in the Democrat controlled Senate, the likelihood is that the American people will have to elect another candidate in 2012 to get Obama out of office.

Why Mitt Romney Will Defeat Barack Obama

As it currently stands, the only serious candidates in the Republican field are Romney, Pawlenty, Gingrich and Bachmann.

Of these, Michele Bachmann brings much in the way of pro-life, pro-family values and would be a great asset on a Republican ticket in 2012. While it is conceivable that enough electoral votes could go to the ticket with her in the #1 spot, prudence cautions against being overly optimistic.

Newt Gingrich still carries quite a bit of baggage and a negative impression from his days as House Speaker. His chances are slim in the critical beginning races of Iowa and New Hampshire.

Tim Pawlenty is still a relative unknown. It is doubtful that he can gain the broad based support by next year to win the nomination.

That leaves Mitt Romney. His crafting of the Massachusetts health care plan is not really a liability because the main objection to Obamacare is that it is a socialistic, federal usurpation of a state prerogative. Regardless of whether one agrees or disagrees with the Massachusetts plan, we all can agree that health care decisions are beyond the scope of federal jurisdiction, and that the best plans will ultimately have to be left up to the states to decide.

2012 will be the decisive election determining whether America will survive as a nation. Therefore, Romney will have to win or we will cease to exist.

Beck's Cosmology Off Target

Glenn Beck has become a Germanic pied piper leading the gullible away from freedom and into a state of perpetual servitude. On a recent TV appearance, Beck characterized the state of Israel as the keystone holding together Western civilization. In actuality, Christ the Incarnate Word is the Keystone of order in the entire world for all time encompassing both Gentile and Jew, of which our civilization is only a small part.

Glenn's mother suffered from mental illness. For whatever reason, Glenn chose to apostatize from the Catholicism in which he was brought up.

While it is true that both Hitler and Goebbels were brought up Catholic, Goebbels once recalled that Hitler was well versed in classical European culture and once told Goebbels that he looked to Zeus as a role model because of the compassion of Zeus, and could not accept Christ who was executed by crucifixion.

Catholic Europe held stewardship over the Holy Land for a few hundred years during the time of the Crusades. It was then overrun by Turkish Muslims. Our role is to ensure that the sacred shrines in the Holy Land are protected to show our respect for Christ. This cannot be accomplished if Moslems are allowed to kill Jews, or Jews allowed to kill Moslems. Nor is this consistent with our torture and ridicule of Moslem prisoners, and the cheering of the death of Bin Laden as was done by undergraduates at Yale shouting "We did it! We did it!".

Is it any coincidence that both Wiener and DSK are Jews?

Beck's childish ranting has no place in America.

Euro Sex Scandals

The ex-IMF Chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn forced to resign over allegations of sexual misconduct is now on Rikers Island awaiting trial in New York City. This coming in the wake of similar charges pending against the Italian Prime Minister involving sex with a minor. The charges, stemming from an incident at a $3,000 per night high end New York hotel, involve attempted rape, false imprisonment, and what amounts to engaging in oral sex. Isn't that what Bill Clinton did to Monica Lewinski?

He claims that the whole affair was a setup, and that he is being persecuted for political motivations apparently to derail his bid to become president of the French Republic. However, as an IMF representative, Strauss-Kahn was underhandedly trying to destroy national sovereignty and create the New World Order. If anything, they are the ones who would use these types of methods to discredit their opponents.

The accuser is a hotel maid. Could some of these ritzy hotel union employees possibly have a job description of Maid/"Hooker"?

Seriously, when this matter comes up for trial, Strauss-Kahn should plead guilty and be sentenced to a year's probation with the proviso that he pay €5 to the victim as restitution, and as punishment that he be forced to listen to the 1983 Julio Iglesias' and Willie Nelson's CD version of "To All the Girls I've Loved Before".

Article II Citizenship Requirement

Now that his actual birth certificate has been released, the question remains as to whether Barack Hussein Obama is qualified to serve as President of the United States pursuant to the provisions of Article II, Section 1 of our Constitution. The answer to this question hinges on the definition of the all important term "natural born citizen".

Jon Meacham has either deliberately or through ignorance obfuscated the question by asserting that Barack is "native born" and therefore eligible to serve. However, the Constitution says nothing about being native born. A good comparison between the two types of citizenship may be found at the Obama File.

As stated previously in this blog, my personal view is that Obama does qualify as a natural born citizen by virtue of his illegitimacy through the bigamous relationship of his father. This is based primarily on an article written by George D. Collins and published in the prestigious American Law review in 1884, in which Collins specifically includes as natural born citizens those born illegitimately within one of the several American states to a mother who is a US citizen regardless of the father's citizenship status. With the materialization of the birth certificate, the question of parentage has been solved, and there is no question as to Stanley Ann Dunham's citizenship.

As an afterthought, the question of illegitimacy has been offered to Leo Donofrio on his website, but has since been deleted without a response. This may be taken to suggest that Leo has no answer to the evidence of illegitimacy as making Obama a bona fide natural born citizen.

The High Cost of War

Before the outbreak of war in Libya, America was already spending outrageous amounts on wars brought about by a mistake in going to war after scapegoating Osama bin Laden for crimes committed against our nation in 2001. Whether Obama is now actually dead or alive, the myth must be perpetuated in order to keep our sinking morale high in the war against terrorism. Taking the focus off Iraq and Afghanistan under UN auspices will result in renewed investigation into what really happened on 9/11 and why, resulting from our national arrogance and overly inflated, go-it-alone pride mentality as the last remaining superpower, forgetting what our forefathers taught our generation about being grateful for blessings received.

Any dollars spent on keeping the peace in Libya will be well spent in expediting our orderly withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan. This will result in a net gain in money saved. The military hardware including ships, aircraft and cruise missiles already in existence is not costing us anything because it would only have been taking up space as our military presence diminishes in other parts of the world. As we regain stability, America will begin the long process of sorting out who our real friends and real enemies are.

Keeping America Safe and Secure

The major difference between Barack Obama and George W. Bush in going to war is that Bush was openly in outright contempt of international legal norms. To him, all of the legal justification needed to start a war against Iraq was to get his house lawyer Alberto Gonzalez to say that the Geneva Declarations were "quaint" in outlawing torture. Halfhearted attempts by Colin Powell to secure UN approval ended in failure, and thus was born the "coalition of the willing" to punish Saddam Hussein for his nonexistent weapons of mass destruction, going into Iraq with guns blazing to topple the Ba'athist regime.

The principles of international law, safeguarded within the UN framework, are designed to bring about peace among nations by making determinations as to whether military force is justified under a given set of circumstances. In the case of Iraq, the ruling was against George W. Bush's claim that war was necessary and justified to prevent Saddam from obtaining WMDs. Bush went ahead and invaded Iraq with the advice and consent of Congress leading America into a prolonged, costly and unnecessary war on two separate fronts. Given this total disregard for law and the abuses suffered by prisoners of war involving torture, at least some in the Bush administration should be held accountable for war crimes.

Barack Obama in contrast did act pursuant to a UN resolution authorizing the creation of a no-fly zone over Libya. Kadhafi is now perceived internationally as a war criminal for intentionally gunning down and bombing civilians. There is a big difference between what Bush did in 2003 and what Obama is doing today.

Transitioning to the Muslim Brotherhood

The British-American pundit Niall Ferguson warned America and the West of what would be in store once the Muslim brotherhood came to power in Egypt. We now see what kind of fruit the so-called Islamic revolution is bearing even while the Egyptian army is still officially in control. Male dissidents tortured, women subjected to strip searches and virginity tests. The West will simply have to accept the fact that if we want change, we will have to give up the idea of gender equality.

In Libya, Obama is doing the right thing by helping to enforce the UN resolution imposing a no-fly zone. In the days leading up to the resolution, there were media reports of Libyan aircraft strafing civilians with automatic weapons fire. To have attacked Libya by air at that time would have been an act of war against Libya. Obama exercised prudence by first getting UN approval to guarantee international legality, something which Bush ignored before going into Iraq, since no vital US interests were at stake. It may be true that some Libyan civilians died in the interim. So what? This is the price paid by rebels and freedom fighters. There is no moral obligation for America to stand in the way of this, and it should not be held against the President. Of course America wants Kadhaffi to go and Obama has reiterated that he must go, but it is not our responsibility to bring about regime changes.

At this point, Obama has kept open the door for peacefully turning over the operational command structure to our allies including France and the Arab League. Once this is done, it will be time for us to turn our attention away from Libya, and to become serious about dealing with domestic problems.

Does America Really Need Another War?

The Obama war critics have yet to explain why it is so wrong for Obama to try to soften up Ghadafi a little bit militarily while protecting innocent Libyan civilians. Do they believe that Obama should have directed Ambassador Rice to vote against or to have abstained on the UN resolution condemning Ghadafi for his brutal response to the demonstrations, and imposing a no-fly zone over Libya? That would have been an abandonment of America's leadership role in safeguarding democracy. Once having obtained the UN resolution for a no-fly zone, do they believe Obama should have rushed to Congress to obtain authorization for war against Libya? This would have committed America to another long, drawn out military engagement half way around the world. It is precisely because Obama does not want war that he did not go to Congress asking for a war declaration. Protecting civilians can be accomplished without getting us into a full scale war. Are they upset because Obama did not immediately attack Libya and overthrow the Ghadafi regime without a UN guarantee so that fewer Libyans would have been killed? Why would they want this even though America has no dog in this fight? Or is this just another foolish attempt by those who hate America to destabilize our country from within?

Will Obama's Shrewdness Pay Off?

America has no dog in the fight against Gaddafi in Libya. Far from being Obama's Bay of Pigs, Libya may turn out to be Obama's crowning moment in world diplomacy. Obama wisely rejected the boodthirsty, sanguinary cries for air strikes from the oil lobby and their minions. This led to a UN resolution authorizing a no-fly zone over Libyan airspace, and real action initiated by our European allies, foremost among them the former colonial caretaker France, with possible future support from the Arab League. Obama knows that no true peace in the Arab world will ever result from Israeli backed US nation building schemes.

Gadaffi appears to be right in saying that this will be a long war, and one that America would be wise to stay out of.

Bogus Elites I

The economic troubles in America and throughout much of the world are rooted in the usurpation of power by small groups of greedy, stupid minorities who ruthlessly exploit and take advantage of the good will, forbearance and tolerance of the majority. They start wars but seldom if ever suffer the hardships and consequences of war.

China is now heading to become the most powerful nation economically on earth because their leaders wisely stay out of wars following WWII. Their gain is our loss. We were proud and arrogant thinking that we could rationalize away evil to make it look like something good. The attack against America in 2001 was an attempt by enemy agents to destabilize America economically by dragging us into wars against Arab nations that are not our real enemies. China became the big winner in this game. America and Israel became the losers.

To get America back on the road to economic recovery, Americans must rise up and take power away from the pretentious, wealthy minority that has taken over our government. Both the dissidents and the rank and file union workers have a role to play in this movement. We may see in 2012 an even more "off the wall" candidate emerge to overthrow Obama in the same way that ordinary Egyptians overthrew Mubarek in a few short weeks. Let's not forget that the entire series of political regime change events in the Islamic world was triggered by a female municipal officer slapping a male street vendor in the face in Tunisia. ("Slap to a Man's Pride Set Off Tumult in Tunisia") One stupid, foolish act can have enormous world repercussions.

Bogus Elites II

The present economic troubles in America and throughout the world are due in large part to power grabbing by a small minority of stupid, greedy opportunists who exploit and take advantage of the tolerance and forbearance of the majority. To remedy this situation, Americans will have to take power away from those now running the show. This will mean giving up the half measures approach of manipulating the money supply to control interest rates employed by the Federal Reserve. Americans must again secure prosperity as a by-product of moral, purposeful living, not through artificial means of borrowing on the productive capacity of future generations.

To do this, Americans must take back power from the charlatans who now run the show.  A good start has been made in electing new members to Congress and replacing some of the more obtuse. There may have to be an even more "off the wall" candidate selected in 2012 in order to defeat Barack Obama.

China is rapidly becoming the world's most productive nation. To get back on the road to economic recovery, Americans will have to make a choice to stay out of foreign military entanglements as China has done since WWII. America cannot risk getting dragged into yet another war by imposing a no-fly zone over Libyan airspace. We must never forget that the entire domino effect of Islamic regime changes was triggered by one stupid act of a female municipal officer who slapped a male street vendor in the face thereby injuring his pride in Tunisia.
