Needless to say, the mother of octuplets in Los Angeles, Nadya Suleman, has demonstrated a degree of callousness and disregard for the rights of children previously unknown in America. All of her fourteen children including her eight recently born were conceived through
in vitro fertilization and then implanted into her womb at a later date. This process is medically unethical and leads to horrendous social consequences as in the case of the Suleman family. While the process is too despicable and disgusting to describe, what teenagers would call
gross, we can use the term from the Book of Genesis "spilling of seed" by the father, while surgically extracting ova from the mother to mass produce tiny embryos in a test tube or petrie dish, then implanting them in the mother's womb.
This whole process takes away the child's most fundamental right of conception through a loving marital act, and reduces the human person to a mere object, or as a means to an end.
This is another example of Liberalism's chickens coming home to roost, and points out the absurdity and contradictions inherent in the liberal egocentric ideology.
