Will Rahm Be Next Unqualified Candidate?

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

The rise of neo-conservatism during the Bush administrations coupled with presidential aspirations of politicians with dual citizenship is clearly an attempt at an Israeli takeover of the United States from within.

Rahm Emanuel, who is believed by some to be an Israeli agent, is the likely next choice for a Democratic candidate after Obama leaves office. Although he was born in Chicago, both of Rahm's parents were from Israel. This gives Rahm an equal status with Barack Obama of being qualified or unqualified to serve as President of the United States. If the Supreme Court finds that Barack is unqualified, Rahm will be unable to seek higher office, his presidential aspirations will be frustrated, and America will not become surrogate to the state of Israel. Conversely, if the Supreme Court finds that Barack is qualified, this will give Rahm the green light to subordinate America's national interest to that of Israel. This is clearly what is at stake. Rahm himself has stated his opportunistic belief to not let a serious crisis go to waste.

It is therefore a critical time in history for Americans to do all that we can to expose the lies of Barack Obama and the Chicago Mafia. Americans must make sure that our Constitutional form of government is not subverted. We must keep all those disloyal Americans with adverse interests or divided loyalties out of our government as our Founding Fathers intended.

What about Those Born on US Soil?

Good question.
http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

Think about it a minute. Everyone knows that most, if not all, of the 9/11 hijackers were here in America legally. Let's just suppose hypothetically that one of these hijackers, say Mohammad Atta, was instrumental in conceiving a child later born in Florida. Would the mere fact that the child was born on US soil give that illegitimate child an entitlement of eligibility to one day occupy the highest office in the land, that of President of the United States? Same situation as Obama. Father being a Muslim foreigner, enters the US legally, gets his girlfriend pregnant. (Remember, Barry's father was still married to the woman in Kenya at the time).

The short answer is no. Merely being born on US soil does not confer an entitlement to someday being eligible to be President. That was the reason why the Framers put in the words "natural born" before "citizen" in reference to qualifications for the office of President, whereas they just specify that Senators and Congressional Representatives be ordinary citizens. Likewise, a mere congressional resolution that someone who was not born on US soil but whose parents are US citizens is henceforth a natural born citizen does not confer on that person any entitlement to eligibility to be President.

Confusion may arise because at the time the Constitution was ratified in 1789, there was no Fourteenth Amendment, so all future citizens born after 1789 were either natural born citizens following the English common law criteria, or became citizens through the process of naturalization. The Fourteenth Amendment to protect the Negroid extended citizenship to all those born in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, whether or not their parents were citizens. This leaves open the question of whether a child, one or both of whose parents are here illegally, who happens to be born in the United States, is or is not a citizen, which depends on whether the child falls within the jurisdiction of the United States or that of a foreign power. If we use the same criteria that all citizens are either those that are natural born citizens or those that are naturalized, we run into problems because the Framers clearly never intended that all persons born on American soil would be natural born citizens and so eligible to hold the office of President.

The court is asked to decide whether the Fourteenth Amendment is an assertion that all those who are now citizens by virtue of being born on US soil, but who would not have been natural born citizens in 1789 by virtue of either one or both parents not being US citizens at the time of their birth, but rather subjects of a foreign power, automatically acquire eligibility to hold the office of President, which would not have been the case had they been born in 1789 as they would not have been natural born citizens at that time as required in Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution.  This may be a case of first impression.

This case will probably reach the US Supreme Court. Obama is too arrogant to do the right thing and resign like Nixon did in 1974.

Holding the Judiciary Accountable

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

Since the infamous Supreme Court decisions of 1973, the major focus of pro-life activity has been to seek the overthrow of these decisions in the courts. Of far more importance, in my estimation, is seeking redress for the killings that have already taken place.

The American people should start by bringing to justice the Florida judge who sentenced Terri Schiavo to death. This would send a clear message that America will no longer tolerate politicians or government officials involved in the killing of innocent persons.

This will require that Americans band together to clear the deck of all corrupt judges at the state and federal levels, and bring an entirely new slate of Congressmen and Senators to Washington.

95% of American wealth is owned and controlled by 5% of the American people, who then tell Congress and the President what to do. We must act together to turn the pyramid on our dollar bill upside down, so that the majority of Americans again have the final say in deciding at the local level what we do as a nation.

This may require constitutional amendments to bring to justice the crooks in Washington including those on the bench. They cannot get off the hook just by saying they were following the law. This principle was decided at Nuremberg after WWII.

While it is important to bring to justice fugitives like Polanski who have harmed innocent people, of far more importance is it to begin the process of rebuilding America by focusing our attention on punishing those in government who are destroying America.

The Time Is Now

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

Sonia Sotomayor's pathetic confirmation hearings typify everything that is wrong with America. Judges including Sotomayor use as an excuse for withholding or denying justice that they are just applying the law as though law were some abstract mathematical construct. Does Sotomayor think that she is fooling the American people? Does she think that it is funny that hard working firefighters have to jump through legal hoops to obtain justice because judges like her don't care about justice, but only follow a skewed and exaggerated interpretation of precedent? Before judges can even comprehend what precedent means they must have a firm grasp of the particular civilization of which these cases are only a reflection. Being outside of the cultural mainstream, they have no depth and can only add wrong precedent. The Supreme Court did not change precedent in ruling against Sotomayor and the other appellate court justices. The lower court did not know what it was doing, or they deliberately chose to deny justice to American citizens.

Senator Dodd boasts that he and his colleagues have excessively exquisite health care at essentially zero cost, while everyone outside the federal system must pay both taxes and insurance premiums for substandard, costly job-related medical coverage. I suppose Dodd thinks it's a big joke that he and his ilk in government are giving people outside the mainstream free health care and using them as a club against the majority in society, and acting as though they don't get that killing has consequences.

Well we have got news for you Chris Dodd. All groups of people outside the mainstream of society are there for a reason. They are the people whose time has already come and gone. The future of America belongs to those who stand up for truth. Stop spending our tax money to kill babies, Senators. Stop playing around.

Sarah Palin is hated by the liberal boneheads because she represents mainstream America. There will be a just accounting for each and every arrogant mistake, rebuff, and injustice taking for granted the majority of American citizens. The minorities outside the mainstream have been allowed sufficient time to show whether they are loyal or disloyal. We have allowed fools to run the show for too long and it is time for a day of reckoning in which the power of the majority will have to be used to the extent necessary to bring minorities into the mainstream, or if they still choose to destroy the majority, they will end up destroying themselves. Our patience is at an end.

America Needs Less Government

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

In an advanced capitalist society like the US, the ruling elite maintains control by insuring that those who are appointed to high government office, and those who decide what is allowed through communications media, are not part of mainstream America. To a large extent, money controls both politics and the media. This means that the American people are not getting their just due. The system is basically rigged so that key appointments are given to those unworthy to serve, but who are sycophants or "boot lickers" of the wealthy elite.

The United States is a small country. The standard by which our judges make decisions is not based upon principles of justice, but rather upon conformity with past legal precedent. Judges are in effect bean counters, doling out penalties utilizing an elaborate schedule based upon what is most irritating to the powers that be.

Today, we have on our Supreme Court one justice who is a son of Italian immigrants, one who is African-American, and one who is a Jewish woman. We are about to see another woman on the court who happens to be Puerto Rican. Each are outside the traditional mainstream of the legal profession. There is nothing wrong with them being outside the mainstream. It is simply the case that these appointments all have one thing in common, that is to perpetuate control by wealthy capitalists over the mainstream majority of Americans. These dynastic elitists believe that they are ordained to control society by virtue of their birth into wealth and privilege. They are good at exploiting those outside the mainstream by offering them a "ticket" to advancement, this being to take the places of those in the mainstream who would otherwise replace the elitists, namely the majority of white males but also many white females and others in America who are part of the mainstream, through such means as racial and gender preferences and affirmative action.

The debate about health care, for example, according to one liberal Senator from Vermont, is not about whether the government will dictate health care decisions, but whether doctors will dictate health care decisions, including life and death, as they are already doing in many managed health care programs. Of course, government will always set the standards by which the doctors are allowed to dictate. It is assumed by the liberal elite that the majority of people have no right to make their own health care decisions. To the globalist elite, the people of America are just pawns.

The Empathy Factor

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

A degree of empathy is something we would expect in all of our judges. Afterall, who would want someone like Herr Goebbels or Hannibal Lecter sitting on the bench? The idea of a preferential option for the poor has also been a part of the Western legal tradition since at least the Middle Ages.

American jurisprudence, if we can call it that, is overly concerned with Enlightenment ideas of equality and individualism. It also relies too heavily on legal precedent, almost to the point of obsessiveness. This causes judges to be unable to see the forest for the trees in many cases, and thus reach the wrong conclusions and ultimately bad decisions for America.

Sonia Sotomayor could bring her gift of empathy to the high court and this could help to heal the nation. But with everything else in life, it depends on making the right choice. If she does not break from the liberal mindset, there is little chance that we will see much improvement on the Supreme Court.

Prosecution of Crimes against Humanity

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

In the landmark legal decision in Marbury vs. Madison in 1803, Chief Justice Marshall recognized the Supreme Court's original jurisdiction to interpret the Constitution. The Court also exercised original jurisdiction to resolve the 2008 presidential election dispute.

The question now arises as to whether the Court has an affirmative duty to invoke original jurisdiction to bring to account government officials including lower court judges, and other U.S. citizens, for crimes against humanity under color of state and federal law.

Any society cannot long endure if it kills its own young. Regardless of the fact that certain states had legalized abortion, and the Court itself decided to strike down laws against abortion beginning in 1973, the power to protect life is inherent in any system of ordered liberty and government. Laws which go against protection of human life are invalid as contradicting core principles of justice, as was decided at Nuremberg in 1946.

Was Nuremberg extra-constitutional, or did the foundations of the American Republic presuppose the power of judges to rule on punishment for crimes against humanity even in the absence of specific US precedent? Obviously, the judiciary has by its very nature an inherent right and duty to punish anyone who acts contrary to human dignity by killing or torturing innocent human beings. If this is not what judges are supposed to do, by what right do they rule upon anything?

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Supreme Court of the United States appoint special prosecutors and issue subpoenas against those in our government, including legislators, department heads, and judges of inferior courts, pursuant to the Nuremberg decisions and consistent with the Court's authority vested through original jurisdiction, so that the wrongdoers in our government, hiding behind the mantle of choice, will be tried, convicted and punished for their crimes that have already been committed against the unborn in America.

Bristol Palin a New Rising Star

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

Bristol Palin could become the leading icon of the emerging Pro-Life Majority in America. Her outspokenness on the sensitive political issues of teen pregnancy and chastity and abstinence awareness is exactly what our country needs at this time.

In order to move forward as a nation, America will have to overcome the inertia of decades of reproductive tyranny from those who brought us Planned Parenthood and NARAL. America is sick of this doublespeak. As a single mom, Palin brings a breadth of fresh air to the national debate.

President Obama could go a long way in restoring confidence if he were to appoint someone to the Supreme Court who would pursue the work of holding pro-choice politicians and judges to account legally for their wrongdoing. Make no mistake about it. Prosecutions for their crimes against humanity are in order and will proceed at some future date. The sooner this happens, the better it will be for the recovery by getting this difficult business out of the way. America cannot let these political junkies off the hook until the day that abortion is outlawed in America.

Bristol belongs by accident to the generation of Americans who have suffered most from legalized abortion. America needs her example and leadership to right this terrible wrong.
