The Palin Factor II

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

As things stand today, Sarah Palin is the only potential candidate with any chance of dethroning Obama in 2012. This is because the wealthy capitalist elite has succeeded in conditioning the electorate to believe that diversity is, in and of itself, a good thing for America.

Obama won in 2008 because he is black. It will take an even greater anomaly, namely a credible, intelligent woman candidate, to overcome Obama's presumptuousness because of race.

To paraphrase Abraham Lincoln, you can only fool all of the people some of the time.

Building America's Future

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

Several errors have come to light. Herbert Hoover should have been mentioned in presidential ancestry for Swiss origin paternal DNA, in addition to Van Buren, both Roosevelts, and Eisenhower who were not descended paternally from the British Isles, and Jefferson who was found to be type K2 probably Iberian. Also, the Atlantic Modal hyplotype, given as R1b1b2a1a [L11], is the most frequently occurring haplotype amongst human males in Atlantic Europe, and together with the other R1b types, would comprise most of the males of Western Europe and North America.

With that in mind, our policy goal should be to identify Rlb male children through DNA testing to prepare them for leadership roles in the future of America, which now hangs precariously in the balance of diversity. This should include many of the Hispanic Americans descended from European ancestors including the Basques who have the highest rate of AMH DNA in the world, and the African Americans who have approximately 13% descended paternally from Europe, which should translate to approximately !0% R1b type. Many Asian American and Amerindian males will also be found to be of the R1b type, either through descent from European ancestry or from the original home of R1b in Asia. This public policy should not overlook other lines of descent including that among White Americans. There are lots of other jobs, e.g. taking out the trash, etc., which do not require the specific characteristics of R1b Y-DNA. R1a is also common in America, and because of its similarity to R1b, will provide many men in leadership roles in the future.

DNA

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

As more and more Americans "get tested" to find out their DNA characteristics, it is only a matter of time before someone connects the dots to match the lineages of prominent American families and political figures with their ancient ancestors. Depending on the results, this will do much to dispel the mythology of diversity which has taken over the academic elite.

Not long ago, the current Director of the NEC Lawrence Summers was forced to step down as president of Harvard University because of his off the cuff remarks concerning the apparently intrinsic inability of women to compete in the workplace in many jobs and professions today. This was regarded as academic heresy by the elite who care nothing about objective truth but only about political power. Liberals are using this prestige to gain power through lies. The Danish psychologist Helmut Nyborg, whose research strongly points to gender variance in intelligence, was temporarily suspended and his scientific conclusions were unceremoniously changed by an investigative committee in 2006.

From what little DNA evidence is now available, it is clear that almost all of the male European royalty and nobility are R1b type, including those of Russia as shown by the last Tsar's DNA notwithstanding that R1b is not the most common male DNA form there. Undoubtedly, the same trend will be found to exist in America once the male DNA of the irishtocracy from the Kennedy and Reagan years comes to light.

To recapitulate, diversity is bad for America. Women and minorities would do well to oppose and vote against opportunistic candidates for public office who support diversity in education and in the work place. It is in their own best interest to do so. The role of women needs to be redefined so that they are no longer exploited by the imperative to compete on an intrinsically unequal playing field. Tests should also be done to place males on fast tracks to jobs that are more compatible with their DNA limitations, rather than giving some an artificial advantage to make it possible for them to get jobs for which they have little or no aptitude.

Further Reflections on the Ricci Case

http://westernperspective.blogspot.com/

The effect of the actions taken by the City of New Haven to bring about racial diversity was to pull the rug out from under the firefighters who honestly believed that preparing for and taking the civil service exam in good faith would thereby lead to a chance of gaining a promotion to Lieutenant within the Fire Department.

As a question of law, does the City owe a duty to its citizens to act in good faith when administering civil service exams? This is over and above the question of whether it was simply stupid of City officials to administer the exam and then throw out the results because they didn't like the outcome. Subsidiarity bars the federal courts from interfering simply on the basis of the City's prudential judgments, no matter how bad those judgments were for the people.

Were the White and Hispanic firefighters who passed the bogus test discriminated against? The answer is no. They were simply made to look like fools because the City did not in fact promote anyone from within the Department based upon its own predetermined criteria.

Do these firefighters then have a cause of action?

Clearly there is a duty to act in good faith. If the City essentially held out a carrot and said "Here, take this", and then reneged on its promises to promote the top scorers, then this is a case of government lying to the people. Since the City officials did not act in good faith, they breached their duty of truthfulness and fairness and should be held accountable for the harm they have caused to the firefighters who took the exam in good faith and would have been promoted were it not for the City's duplicity.
