Matching IQs

My IQ was found from a test taken online to match that of Richard Nixon and German economist Hjalmar Schacht of the Weimar Republic adjusted for his age level after WWII.  The results were well within the range of what would be expected from my composite SAT score in high school.  An earlier test was also done in grade school for myself and my brother but the results were not revealed except for general assurances from my parents.  In college, we opposed the behaviorist approach and attended a presentation by eugenicist William Shockley of Stanford among a group of students verbally challenging his views as racist.  (See video) I also read "The Bell Curve" by Herrnstein and Murray.  Later when studying philosophy in Connecticut, I read "Beyond Freedom and Dignity" by Skinner who inspired Herrnstein, having now a theistic, anti-behaviorist perspective useful in my current line of work providing care.

Steven Jay Gould was right in debunking the IQ myth.  More recent studies demonstrate a correlation between IQ on a broad scale and socioeconomic advancement of nations.  There are also reports that the first intelligence gene has been discovered recently by a British scientist.
