Joe Paterno--Hero of Citizen Rights

http://www.westernperspective.blogspot.com/

Joe Paterno will always remain an American hero for standing up for the right of all citizens, particularly white males, to not be required to rat on other citizens.

Who are these vindictive, nosy, stupid TV spokes-losers, divorce lawyers, ex-prosecutors, politicians including the VP's son in Delaware, and the like little Miss Muffets, who have spent most of their adult lives making money by destroying American values and culture, and ruining other peoples' lives, to tell patriotic, loyal American citizens what they must report to the police and when?  The media empire is run by corrupt billionaires Soros, Murdoch, and others.  Their goal is to control America for themselves.  They and their media employees have no business telling loyal Americans what and what not they must do.

There are bad apples in every profession.  Police in America routinely harass, abuse, sexually abuse, beat up, taser, electrically stun and otherwise torture and kill American citizens of all ages, races and colors for no apparent reason, especially those who are homeless, poor, mentally disabled, etc..  It is understandable why in this corrupt society most Americans are reluctant to report anything to police.  In most cases, reporting incidents to the police only makes matters worse, not better.  Why else would the government pass laws telling citizens what to report and when?

Any law is unjust which mandates reporting of abuse or other misconduct in cases involving children and all persons NOT under the care, custody or supervision of another, except for crimes against persons in the care, custody or under the direct supervision of another who then would have a moral duty to then report cases of abuse.  The average citizen has no duty to report cases of child abuse to authorities.  Whether there may be a moral obligation to report, and to whom, depends on the circumstances.  Whether to report or not is a personal decision, not a government decision.  Obviously, if reporting abuse will not stop the abuse or may even increase the level of abuse generally, good loyal citizens have a MORAL DUTY NOT TO REPORT, even if the law mandates reporting the incidents.

ALL LAWS REQUIRING MANDATORY REPORTING BY CITIZENS WHO DO NOT HAVE DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF OTHERS MUST BE OVERTURNED.
