It has been suggested, perhaps on the Fox network, that ex-cop could sue lead defense counsel Jose Baez for slander because he suggested in opening statement that George Anthony sexually abused his daughter Casey from the time she was eight years old. An attorney, perhaps representing Mr. Anthony, stated during the interview that such an allegation is allowable in opening statement so long as testimony to that effect has been proffered, as it had been in the Anthony case, although the person making the allegation did not actually testify to that effect when called as a witness. Additionally it should be kept in mind that truth is always a complete defense to any defamation lawsuit. To win in court, George would have to undergo a DNA paternity test to prove that he is not Caylee's biological father. Caylee's eyes were hazel as pictured above. Suspicion arose that Casey's brother Lee Anthony fathered Casey in 2005. His DNA tested negative in paternity test done by the FBI. My conclusion below (Mendel's Genetics) was that the eye color of Caylee and Lee are the same. Although it says they are brown below, in fact Caylee's eyes are hazel, a combination of brown and green. Cindy Anthony's eyes are blue as are Casey's.

George's eyes appear to be the same color as his son Lee and granddaughter Caylee as in insert at right.
Assuming that Lee was born legitimately, he must have gotten his eye color from George because blue is always a recessive trait. Assuming that Casey was born legitimately, if George is Caylee's biological father, then his eye color would have to be basically the same as Caylee's, as there can be only one dominant gene for eye color in addition to blue which Casey already inherited from both her father and mother.
If the FBI suspected incest in 2005, why did they do a DNA test on Lee and not on George? Did George refuse to be tested?
