As time goes on, the EU is becoming more and more like the US without
deodorant. At least they're being honest about it. Where there were
once vibrant Christian communities, there are now empty churches and
cathedrals. Common sense has given way to an exaggerated tolerance for
racial, ethnic and religious minorities, most conspicuously Muslims from
Turkey, North Africa, and the Middle East. Greed and materialism have
replaced the core Christian values that made Europe strong in centuries
past. Now there is nothing left but a secular shell with religious
values kept out of the public forum. The great Western principles of
law and justice are all but ignored, while Sharia law is becoming
institutionalized.
More capitalism is not the solution for Europe or for the rest of the
world. Rather, a change of heart is needed. Absent a miracle,
conversion on this scale will likely happen only after a catastrophic
event takes place.
