As shown in the picture at right, it is becoming more and more evident that Michael Jackson was not the biological father of the two oldest Jackson children. The obvious similarities to Debbie Rowe substantiate her claim that she is the biological mother of the two.
There was no need for Jackson to adopt either of the two. He is the father of the two by virtue of his being married to their mother at the time of birth.
Debbie Rowe's claim that she is entitled to custody is weakened by the fact that she apparently conceived both children for the motive of financial gain, and the fact that there was no consummation of the marriage.
Since Michael had sole custody of the two oldest children after the divorce in 1999, and the youngest was conceived thereafter, his mother Katherine is the grandmother and should be considered next of kin and awarded custody on that basis.
